1. Started neuro intervention center in 2013 and continued till 2017 in project mode, and later incorporated into the hospital regular inpatient management system. This is the first neuro intervention ICU care system in India, dedicated facility for managing patients with neuro vascular disorders. 2. Started various neuro intervention procedures - Flow diversion for intracranial aneurysms, angioplasty for post SAH vasospasm, Mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke, Balloon assisted cranial dural AVF embolization, Chemo embolization for retinoblastoma, Intracranial venous stenting for IIH, Intracranial stenting for atherosclerotic stenosis, intra operative angiograms for brain and spinal vascular malformations. 3. Comparison of 3D rotational angiography with Digital Subtraction Angiography and Correlation of Angioarchitecture with Clinical presentations in Cerebral Arteriovenous malformations. 4.
