Ms. Rukhiya Salim, PhD Scholar of the Division of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Technologies has been awarded the Best Poster Presentation award from the journal Biomaterials Science (Royal Society of Chemistry) for the poster entitled “Gelatin Vinyl Acetate Copolymer Scaffolds as Microencapsulation Device for Pancreatic Islet Transplantation” at the International Conference on Advances and Challenges in Medical Technology Translation (TransMedTech 2024) held from 12th- 14th of December 2024, at Kerala, India.
